The journey started in Sydney, Australia, in the early-1970s, where the allure of Italian motorcycles captured Brian's heart. From the first sight of those stunning machines, particularly Ducati, a deep-rooted devotion was born. It wasn’t until the summer of 79 that he was finally able to buy his first Ducati, back in Canada.
His affection grew stronger over the years, leading to the creation of several Italian motorcycle service shops. Eventually, it all came down to The Duc Garage, a place where Ducati enthusiasts can find the same quality and dedication that sparked Brian's lifelong commitment to these extraordinary bikes.

Brian Taylor rides and wrenches all things Ducati. His motorcycle history has taken him around the world riding in Australia, Italy, and all over North America, not to mention hours of local track time and Club Racing.
His many years of exceptional motorcycle service has earned him the Tuner of the Year award and was nominated Top Ducati Service Shop for three consecutive years. When he isn’t carving corners on his DUC, he spends time running his Dobermans, strumming a six-string and sampling old world wines.
He has recently relocated to the West Kootenays, where he will continue his passion for Ducati bikes, parts and service.
